What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when you contact us by form or email, including your name, contact details, project information and correspondence.

If you book a call through Calendly, we receive the information you submit there, such as your name, email address, meeting time and any details you add to the booking.

With your consent, Google Analytics collects technical and usage information, such as device and browser information, approximate location and how you use our website.

How we use your data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, schedule calls, take steps towards a possible contract, manage client relationships, improve our website and comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in communicating with potential and existing clients, your consent for analytics, and legal obligations where applicable.

We do not use enquiry details for newsletters or unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal data.

Service providers and international transfers

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, analytics and call scheduling, including Google Analytics and Calendly. They may process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.
