What counts as one active task?

An active task is one defined stage with a clear deliverable. We break larger requests into stages and agree on each stage with you before adding it to the queue.

How do revisions and reviews work?

Revisions within the agreed scope are included. While you review one task, we move to the next priority. Your feedback does not count as a new request.

How does billing work?

The subscription is billed monthly in advance. It starts once the agreement is signed and the first invoice is paid. There is no long-term commitment.

What happens when I pause or cancel?

We agree on a stopping date, wrap up the active work and hand over the current files. If you pause, your backlog stays in place, ready for when you return.

What if we need more design capacity?

You can add extra designers when you need more capacity or have a tight deadline. We agree on the timing and additional cost with you in advance.

Who owns the work and source files?

You receive the final work and editable source files. The rights transfer to your company once the relevant invoices are paid. We treat all project information as confidential and can sign an NDA if required.
